Philosophical narrative of motion and static: three bees form the dynamic line of “Pin” shape (echoing the mystery of “three” in the inscription “Tian Chen Nian Zi Zhu Yu”), and the wings are made of alum water whitewash technique. The wings are transparent and vibrating with the technique of alum water, forming a Zen dialog with the static elegance of the peony.
3. The matrix of gold and stone codes: the inscription in the lower left corner, “The work of the Window Lamp”, is in the style of Cuan Baozi’s stele, which is echoed diagonally in the lower right-hand corner by the Zhu seal of Hengzhan (horizontal outline), with the characters “Tianchen” and “田辰” in micro-engraving in the seal script. The two characters “Tian Chen” are carved in micro-engraving, forming a literati game of time and space sealing.
